Republican lawmakers in Pennsylvania have kick-started an aggressive campaign to undo the state’s pending entry into a regional climate pact that already has 11 member states.
Their effort, expected to unfold in stages through mid-April, comes at a time when Republicans in another closely watched purple state—Virginia—are also trying to pull out of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
