Leaders of the House’s bipartisan caucus on climate change are considering adding “commitment” criteria to ensure new recruits will vote in line with the group’s pro-environment values, the panel’s Republican co-chair said.

The Climate Solutions Caucus, created in 2016 to bridge the political gap on climate change, has come under fire for accepting members who have questioned the mainstream science on climate change.
