A group of property owners in Pennsylvania had their motion for class certification again denied in their case seeking compensation from energy company
The plaintiffs sued in July 2018 under the Natural Gas Act, alleging that EQT used their property for its gas storage fields without providing compensation or acquiring rights by contract or eminent domain.
