Class Action Alleging Delta Dumped Jet Fuel on Homes Can Proceed

Delta Air Lines Inc. must face classwide allegations that one of its jets dumped 15,000 gallons of fuel on Los Angeles area homes, a US judge has ruled.

The January 2020 flight to Shanghai experienced an engine failure shortly after it departed Los Angeles International Airport, causing it dump the fuel on its way back to the airport, Frankie Lomas and Roxanda Yancor alleged in a lawsuit.
