Clark Hill Hires Construction Litigator Thresher in Scottsdale

Kimberly Thresher joined Clark Hill as a member in its construction group in the Scottsdale office, the firm announced Tuesday.

Thresher represents homeowners, subcontractors, material suppliers, general contractors, architects, and engineers in construction litigation and transactional matters. She also represents companies in commercial litigation and is currently representing many Florida clients who are repairing homes and businesses affected by recent hurricanes, the firm said.
