A proposed rule governing emissions of particulate matter completely overlooks wildfire emissions and threatens to throw swaths of the US out of compliance with air laws, according to a report issued Thursday.
The report, released by the US Chamber of Commerce, outlines how the Environmental Protection Agency rulemaking “will cause permitting gridlock across our economy.”
