A federal court Feb. 26 dismissed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump’s executive order requiring agencies to eliminate two regulations for every new one they issue.
The coalition of public interest and environmental groups that brought the suit lacks standing, Judge Randolph D. Moss of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia said in a memorandum opinion and order. The court didn’t rule on the merits of the case.
