AVX Appeals Myrtle Beach Contamination Ruling

Capacitor manufacturer AVX Corp. has filed a notice of appeal to the U.S. Circuit Court for the Fourth Circuit of a ruling that it failed to show the United States shares responsibility for cleanup costs at a superfund site (AVX Corp. v. Horry Land Co.).
