ARRAY Technologies Names Gina Gunning as Chief Legal Officer

Gina Gunning joined ARRAY Technologies as chief legal officer and corporate secretary, the company announced Monday.

Gunning will lead ARRAY’s legal, compliance, and risk management teams, supporting business objectives and adherence to legal and ethical standards, the company said. Her responsibilities will also include providing strategic counsel on corporate governance, contracts, intellectual property, and environmental, social, and governance initiatives.

She joins from GrafTech International, where she was chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
