A Pennsylvania environmental board will hear a challenge to the state’s approval to build a natural gas compressor station, the Third Circuit ruled Tuesday, affirming the dismissal of an energy company’s lawsuit.
The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection issued an air quality plan approval for Adelphia Gateway LLC’s plans to build a compressor station in West Rockhill Township, Pa., as part of a natural gas pipeline system in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
