States File New Challenge to Lightbulb Efficiency Rollback (1)

The U.S. Department of Energy’s decision not to implement a rule requiring more efficient lightbulbs this year will hurt consumer wallets and worsen pollution linked to climate change, states and environmental groups say in dual lawsuits filed in federal appeals court.
