Timothy Lowry has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the corporate, M&A, and securities practice group in Philadelphia, the firm said Monday.
Lowry, who was previously a partner and chair of the gaming practice at DLA Piper, advises domestic and multinational clients in the gaming, entertainment, and hospitality industries, according to Holland & Knight.
He has represented private equity sponsors, technology companies, entertainment and media companies, and energy generation companies, Holland & Knight said.
