Michael Fishel has joined King & Spalding as a partner in its corporate, finance, and investments practice group in Houston, Texas, the firm said Thursday.
Fishel, who joins from Sidley Austin, focuses on Chapter 11 restructurings, out-of-court reorganizations and refinancings, and has contested business litigation proceedings for debtor and creditor clients, according to King & Spalding.
He also specializes in restructuring matters involving the energy industry, the firm said.
