Tech Workers Lose Bid to Derail Immigration Regulations

A group of American technology workers couldn’t convince a federal judge in Washington, D.C., that recent Homeland Security Department immigration regulations are harming their job prospects (Save Jobs USA v. Dep’t of Homeland Sec., 2016 BL 318510, D.D.C., No. 1:15-cv-00615, 9/27/16).
