Fitch Irick Management, LLC, a property management company, will pay $90,000 and provide other relief to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The EEOC alleged that Fitch Irick, formerly known as GEM Management, LLC, failed to address a female employee’s report of being sexually harassed by a coworker at its Stanford, Ky. site. The harasser threatened to shoot and torture the employee after learning she reported his harassment, creating a hostile work environment that forced her to resign.
