Lacey’s Place LLC Series Midlothian, which does business as Lacey’s Place, has agreed to pay $92,964 and furnish additional relief to settle a pay discrimination and retaliation lawsuit in Illinois, the EEOC said Friday.
The video gaming parlor allegedly paid female district managers less than their male co-workers even though they had similar experience and education. The company also allegedly fired a female manager after she complained about the pay discrepancy, according to the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
