Female workers in GRK Fresh Greek’s New York restaurants faced an intolerably hostile work environment, according to a new federal lawsuit from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The company’s district manager Philip Corhan made unwelcome sexual comments and inappropriately touched employees, including grinding into them with his crotch, according to the EEOC’s complaint.
