Duane Morris Hires Willkie’s Duncan Speller to Co-Lead Disputes

Duncan Speller joined Duane Morris as co-chair of the firm’s international disputes group in London, the firm announced Oct. 28.

Speller practices international arbitration and English High Court litigation and has represented clients in more than 200 institutional and ad hoc arbitrations in jurisdictions including England, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria and Germany. He has particular experience in sectors such as aviation, oil and gas, mining and resources, insurance and reinsurance, private equity, telecommunications, technology, banking and competition law issues, the firm said.

He joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
