A Maryland federal district court granted summary judgment to Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, Inc. on race and color discrimination claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act by a female employee alleging that her performance review and corresponding cost-of-living adjustment were discriminatory, where the court found she didn’t demonstrate that similarly situated employees outside her protected classes were treated more favorably, thus she failed to make her prima facie case.
