Booz Allen Hit With Sex Discrimination, Retaliation Lawsuit

A Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. employee alleges the consulting firm engaged in gender discrimination against her with respect to pay and promotions, and retaliated against her when she complained, according to a new federal lawsuit.

Jennifer Pupa worked as a consultant and analyst. Though she was promoted several times, her salary never matched either the market average range or the salaries of male colleagues in similar positions, according to Pupa’s complaint to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
