Zander Group Holdings Inc. can’t subpoena the former attorneys of a worker who sued the insurance agency over its employee stock ownership plan, a Nebraska federal judge ruled.
Magistrate Judge Michael D. Nelson on Tuesday granted the worker’s request to quash subpoenas seeking documents and deposition testimony from his former attorneys at McGrath North Mullin & Kratz PC LLO in connection with the lawsuit he filed against Zander in Tennessee federal court.
