Xerox Corp.'s 2019 decision to charge premiums to retirees receiving company-paid health insurance violates some older retirees’ vested rights under the terms of a 1986 early retirement window, according to a proposed class action filed in the Western District of New York.

Former Xerox employee Paul Vollmer says he retired under a 1986 enhanced retirement program that included the right to lifetime, company-paid health coverage for him and his spouse.
