Wolters Kluwer US Inc. faces a new lawsuit alleging disability discrimination, failure to accommodate, interference, and retaliation under federal disability and medical leave laws.
Robyn Azpeitia is suing under the Americans with Disabilities Act , the Family and Medical Leave Act , and the Illinois Human Rights Act in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. A representative for Wolters Kluwer declined to comment on the litigation.
