Wesco Distribution Inc. is finalizing a class settlement with employees who previously convinced a federal appeals court to revive their lawsuit challenging the company’s retirement plan.
The parties, who first announced that they’d struck a deal last month, say they plan to file details of the settlement for Judge Marilyn J. Horan’s approval by late January. Their status report, filed Dec. 13 in the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, didn’t include details about the terms of the agreement.=
