Walmart Sued Again Over COBRA Notices After Feds Weigh In (1)

Walmart Inc. was sued in federal court in Florida by a former employee who says the company’s COBRA notices are legally deficient. The proposed class action, filed Friday, comes four months after a federal judge recommended against certifying a 147,000-person class in a suit bringing similar claims against the retailer.
