Ventura Foods LLC’s $1.5 million class settlement with workers received final court approval, resolving a lawsuit over the condiment maker’s 401(k) plan fees and investment options.
The settlement represents about 17% of the workers’ total estimated damages and is expected to benefit thousands of retirement plan participants and beneficiaries between October 2016 and March 2024, according to the settlement motion.
