Unum Settles With Faegre Drinker Employee Over Disability Pay

A Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP employee settled her lawsuit accusing Unum Life Insurance Co. of wrongly denying her claim for disability benefits.

Magistrate Judge John F. Docherty said the court had been “notified of a settlement in this matter,” and he put the case on hold and set a Dec. 10 deadline for the parties to file dismissal paperwork or submit a further update.
