Michael Quigley’s amended complaint describes a potential “pattern” of related hostilities toward his disabilities that plausibly allege a violation of California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, the court said.
United’s arguments against Quigley’s harassment claim “might carry water at a later stage” in the case but aren’t a basis for granting the company’s motion to dismiss, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California said.
