Colorado customer service company TTEC Services Corp.'s $200 million retirement plan is plagued by high fees, expensive funds, and an insufficient fiduciary process, according to a potential class action filed in federal court by three former employees.
The lawsuit, filed Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Colorado, accuses TTEC of allowing the plan’s recordkeeper to charge excessive fees and add its own proprietary funds to the plan. The employees also object to the company’s delays in adopting an investment policy statement and in adding target date funds as an investment option.
