TTEC Services Gets First Nod for $750,000 Retirement Fee Accord

A $750,000 class settlement benefiting TTEC Services Corp. workers received initial court approval, paving the way for resolution of litigation over the customer service company’s 401(k) plan fees and investment options.

The deal is slated to benefit thousands of the TTEC plan’s participants and beneficiaries. Judge Charlotte N. Sweeney granted preliminary approval to the deal and scheduled a Jan. 22, 2026, fairness hearing in an order docketed Tuesday in the US District Court for the District of Colorado.
