Tesla to Bring Back Stock-Based Bonuses for Top Workers: Reuters

Tesla Inc. is working on offering stock-based compensation for top-performing employees, Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk told staff on Monday, according to Reuters.

The electric-vehicle maker will launch a comprehensive review in the coming weeks, according to the report, which cites a memo seen by two sources, whom Reuters didn’t identify.

The decision to reinstitute stock-based compensation comes days after Musk secured shareholder approval for his own $56 billion pay plan.
