Taylor Corp., Workers Announce Class Deal in 401(k) Fee Case

Minnesota printing and marketing company Taylor Corp. reached a class settlement in a lawsuit challenging the fees tied to its employees’ 401(k) plan.

The parties reached an agreement following a private mediation session and expect to submit details of the deal for court approval by April 5, they said in a joint motion filed Thursday in the US District Court for the District of Minnesota.
