Sutter Health’s $4.3 Million Retirement Plan Deal Gets Court Nod

A $4.3 million class settlement benefiting Sutter Health workers secured initial court approval, paving the way for resolution of a lawsuit challenging the target-date funds in the California health-care system’s retirement plan.

The agreement is expected to benefit about 73,000 people covered by the Sutter plan since July 2014.
