Supervalu Defeats Funds’ Bid to Collect $5M in Pension Liability

Supervalu Holdings Inc. defeated an attempt by two Illinois pension funds to hold it liable for $5 million in pension liability assessed against a distribution center operated by bankrupt Central Grocers Inc.
