The adult children of a deceased Pennsylvania doctor can go to trial in a lawsuit saying their uncle used improper influence to receive $800,000 under their father’s life insurance policy, a federal judge said.
They presented evidence that the doctor was in a “compromised and fragile” emotional state following his wife’s death in 2015, and that he’d been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, Judge Julia K.
