ServiceNow, Workers Strike Deal Over 401(k) Target Date Funds

ServiceNow Inc. agreed to settle proposed class claims by employees challenging the target date funds in the software company’s retirement plan.

The parties plan to submit the deal for preliminary court approval by July 21, they said Tuesday in a joint motion asking that case deadlines be put on hold. Their motion, filed with Judge Trina L. Thompson of the US District Court for the Northern District of California, didn’t include details about the terms of the settlement.
