Two Senior Lifestyle Corp. employees advanced their lawsuit saying the company didn’t stay current with its health insurance contributions, causing them to lose coverage when they were pregnant (Egbers v. Senior Lifestyle Corp., 2017 BL 314719, S.D. Ohio, No. 1:16-cv-00732-MRB, 9/7/17).
