Santé Hedge Fund Worker’s Jury Win in Bonus Suit Again in Peril

A former Santé Ventures marketing director who twice went to trial in her lawsuit seeking bonus payments must choose between seeing her $1.4 million jury verdict cut by $200,000 or preparing for a third trial, a federal judge said.

The trial evidence supports a maximum award of $1.2 million, representing two separate bonuses of $750,000 each, along with a $300,000 reduction to account for a payment the director previously received, Judge Lewis J.
