Santé Ventures Worker Nets $1.6 Million in Bonus Payment Suit

A former Santé Ventures marketing director who twice went to trial in her lawsuit seeking bonus payments secured a judgment of nearly $1.6 million.

The director won a jury verdict plus nearly $400,000 in interest in her lawsuit saying the investment firm denied her bonuses for working to secure investments from Pennsylvania’s teachers pension fund. Judge Lewis J. Liman’s judgment, issued Thursday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, awards the director all her requested interest and memorializes her decision to accept a $200,000 verdict reduction.
