Ryder System Must Face Proposed Class Claims Over COBRA Notices

Ryder System Inc. can’t escape a proposed class action claiming it sends legally insufficient COBRA notices informing former workers of their right to keep their company-provided health coverage, a Florida federal court ruled, denying the transport company’s motion to dismiss.
