RTX Ex-Workers Want 100,000-Person Class Over 401(k) Forfeitures

Two former RTX Corp. employees asked a Virginia federal judge to certify a class of more than 100,000 people in their lawsuit challenging how the aerospace and defense company handles forfeitures in its 401(k) plans.

The four-month-old lawsuit accuses RTX, formerly known as Raytheon Technologies Corp., of improperly using the 401(k) contributions forfeited by departing workers for its own benefit, instead of using them to lower costs.
