Revive Northwestern Retirement Suit After SCOTUS Trip, Feds Say

A lawsuit over Northwestern University’s retirement plan fees should go back to district court so plan participants can press their claims, the Department of Labor told the Seventh Circuit two months after the U.S. Supreme Court weighed in on the dispute.
