Resolve Three-Way ERISA Split, Comcast Worker Tells High Court

A Comcast Corp. worker renewed his bid for a U.S. Supreme Court ruling on choice-of-law provisions in benefit plans governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, telling the justices their input is needed to resolve a “clear multi-circuit split.”
