Quad/Graphics Plans to Settle Retirement Plan Fee, Fund Lawsuit

Quad/Graphics Inc. plans to settle a proposed class action with workers who say the marketing and printing company mismanages its retirement plan.

The parties struck a deal after a private mediation session and plan to file details of the agreement for court approval by June 15, they said in a joint status report filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. The filing, submitted to Judge Pamela Pepper, asked that case deadlines remain on hold while they draft settlement paperwork.
