Quad/Graphics Inc. 401(k) Fee Challenge Advances in Wisconsin

A lawsuit challenging Quad/Graphics Inc.‘s retirement plan fees is moving forward after a Wisconsin federal judge denied the marketing and printing company’s bid to have the case dismissed.

Judge Pamela Pepper said the proposed class action was viable in court minutes docketed Oct. 18 in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Pepper, who said she issued a “detailed oral ruling” during an Oct. 16 hearing, didn’t include a written explanation for her decision.
