Procter & Gamble Retiree Says Pension Cut After Move to U.S. (1)

A retired Procter & Gamble Co. employee sued the company in federal court in Cincinnati, claiming he was induced to transfer from the United Kingdom to the United States based on misrepresentations about his retirement benefits.

James Crabbe claims P&G wrongfully denied him benefits under a policy intended to correct for any retirement benefits lost when an international employee relocates to the U.S., which Crabbe did in 2008 after 24 years working for P&G in the U.K.
