Prevea Clinic Inc. negotiated a class settlement with employees challenging the fees charged by the Wisconsin health system’s retirement plan.
The parties reached a class-wide deal after a day-long mediation session and plan to submit details of the agreement for court approval by the end of January, they said in a notice filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
