Pension Insurer Appoints Karen Morris to General Counsel

Karen Morris has been named the general counsel of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, according to the PBGC Friday.

Morris most recently served as the agency’s chief of negotiations and restructuring, and she has also held the role of deputy chief counsel in the Office of the Chief Counsel, the agency said.

Morris joined the PBGC as an attorney in 1988.
