Oshkosh’s 401(k) Win Will Stand Despite Looming SCOTUS Ruling

A decision dismissing claims of 401(k) mismanagement by Oshkosh Corp. will stand after a federal judge in Wisconsin said he won’t reconsider his ruling when the U.S. Supreme Court decides a similar case against Northwestern University.

The Oshkosh workers presented “no basis” for vacating the September decision rejecting their Employee Retirement Income Security Act lawsuit, Judge William C.
