Nova Southeastern University Inc. plans to settle a class action over its retirement plan fees and investment options after its bid for an early appeal in the case fell flat.
The parties struck a tentative deal and plan to submit their agreement for court approval by Sept. 24, they said in a joint motion asking that the case’s deadlines be paused. The motion, filed Monday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, didn’t include details about the terms of the settlement.
